During the quietness, on Christmas Day, I wrote the following poem. The first stanza burst forth as a prayerful song in my heart. I found myself singing and humming it all day. Later, I sat down and worked on the remainder in meditation concluding with a crescendo of praise.

Eternal Impact
Last week, in Changed Trajectory, I shared the family legacy that assisted in bringing spiritual transformation to my dad and subsequently our family. I’m continuing with the theme of prayer, not by my usual style of writing rather through a poem.
Breath of Hope
In order to maintain a healthy balance in life, I did not post my usual weekly devotion last Tuesday. I spend considerable time preparing each devotional. My desire is to thoughtfully present what the Lord is stirring in me versus haphazardly dumping shallow thoughts out on readers and friends.
